Combat Injury Blood performs smoothly without beading up on prosthetics made of silicones, latex, PVC vinyl, waxes, gelatins and any other non-porous surface appliance. It’s ideal to use on human patient simulator manikins too. It flows seamlessly on human skin/hair delivering quality and continuity with high realism results, and it’s often mistaken for the real thing! It’s perfect for outdoor simulation exercises because it will not attract insects like the sugar/syrup-based bloods do.
Combat Injury Blood is compatible with appliance coloring and finishing products such as cosmetic powdered dirt, dusted over an application, and can even be mixed with them for interesting dried blood effects.
Liquid contents in bottle may settle during extended storage. Gently invert bottle several times before using to insure uniform mixture and flow.
Note: Product is completely removed from skin and hair with soap and water, however it can possibly stain some surfaces and fabrics. It’s recommended to test first before using if staining is a primary concern. Rinsing the material or object in cold water to remove product residue before washing should help prevent permanent staining.
CAUTION: This is an external application flowing blood product only, and not recommended for use in the TraumaSFX™ Moulage Fluid Pump Assembly, or other fluid pumping devices and in manikin patient simulator fluid lines.
