SHIPPING ISSUES AND ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: During the shopping cart check-out process you will be required to checkmark the Terms and Conditions box, which fully attests to your agreement and confirmation that the shipping address you have entered is correct with safe delivery containment. You agree and confirm that the package will be delivered to you without loss if you choose to decline Signature Confirmation. You also agree and confirm that if your package is shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the official carrier tracking information, it is considered a complete and fulfilled delivery by TSFX™ and the carrier, regardless of claim of lost delivery. You agree and confirm you will not be refunded, and your package will not be re-shipped.
